Anyone else got the new Vain album?

It's melanchonically like 'Move On It,' I agree.
It is great though. I love the Cult-ish opening
of the title track. I disagree with Jaimz - it
sounds like naturally evolved. What was discon-
certing about it all, was chatting to Ashley dur-
ing the afternoon (of the Welly gig) and hearing
him say that, the present Vain tour was a vacation.

Vacation from what - their day jobs? Nobody dare
ask.

Well Greg, why would the bands give all their albums for free ? How would they keep on recordings, touring & so on if they never sell anything ? You'll be the one to pay for their promotions, released & so on ?
There's a track on the Vain website "Runnin' on empty".
And the album should be avaible soon. People who saw the band in Europe recently could buy copies of "On the line" that's how for example I got it...

Talkin' about this album : i prefer this one to Fade, and In from out of nowhere. There're 3 calm songs on 10. Maybe one is a bit too much. The sound production is great, the songs sounds all great an they all rocks (except "Turn to sand" one of the tree calm ones). The guitar chorus are classical Vain style. Just don't expect a "No respect 2005 version".
I put this new Vain album in my first semester top 2005 list with the new DAD - Scrare yourself, and the new PEER GUNT : No piercing, no tattoo. (but I haven't hear Beautiful creatures - Deuce yet...)

Its goddamn awesome and will no doubt make my Top 3 of the year. Think all the best Vain moments from the previous 5 albums rolled into one...thats the way i hear it!

Looks like i'm on my own but I thought the new Vain album was very disappointing and quite boring , I even fell asleep half way through listening to it!! The middle of the album is very poor, shame really as they were really good live!

Nope... didn't rate it much at all. The only Vain album I couldn't really get into.
